Who owns charles town races and slots

My recommendation is to go to Borgata in Atlantic City for a real treat. The buffet is horrible, again, I do not understand how anyone could spend the money and eat there. If the food were not free I would not eat it. As for the food, it is awful no matter where you eat, and I always eat free as I use my players card to buy meals. There are two non-smoking sections, but smokers seem to not notice and are always smoking in them. I never go for the big drawings, too many people and too much smoke. I may go again in a few weeks to see if it's any better. Do not know if I just got lucky or maybe the owners have been listening to patrons.

But I did play for around 6 hours and was never down.

I did go this past Saturday, and I will say that for the first time in a very long time I left a winner, even if only by $300. I now only go if for some reason I am in the area, then I will drop by and check them out. Because of the declining payouts I have greatly reduced my trips. Most Vegas Casinos average payout is in the 94% range, and Atlantic City is around 92% (per Strictly Slots Magazine). I read recently that the slot payout in C-town is around 89%, which is very low.

I like many other reviewers have been going to C-Town for around 5 years, and like many of the other reviewers, have noted a steady decline in the slot payouts.
